JOPWELL - SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE MONTHS
Managed ideation, social copy, and strategy. The purpose of the Hispanic Heritage Month campaign (right, linked to original social post) was to shine a light on powerful Latinx leaders.
The purpose of the Native American Heritage campaign (below, linked to original social post) was to "bust" myths; on one part of the slide - that was a .gif format for social - it reads "they asked me," and on the next, "I wish they asked me."
Assisted in launching #TheJopwellCollection: Intern Edition, a platform showcasing free-to-download stock images representing Black, Latinx, & Native American students; images have been featured in outlets incl. The New York Times, Thrive Global, and The Huffington Post.
YELP - #AUSTINMADE SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
A series that ran across social media, honing in on unique, local makers in the Austin area. Managed ideation, creative, social copy, and distribution.
As a whole, the @YelpAustin Instagram handle saw an increased engagement on social platforms by 80% within my first 60 days of management, a minimum 10% increase each week following.
